Stitch-In-Time Fundraiser
Between October 15, 2026 to January 24, 2027 all funds donated to Prevent Homeless Pets shall be matched with available funding from numerous grants. These grant funds are provided by faithful community individuals who believe in the work PHP is doing to help animals in Southeastern Washington and Northeastern Oregon.
If you would like to donate, click the PayPal link in the upper right hand corner.
All matching grant funds and donations received in this time period go toward the operations costs to keep the doors open. This includes utilities, insurance, waste disposal, and three necessary positions that allow us to be there for our clients and patients.
Each and every time you use your Fred Meyer Rewards Card you could be donating to Prevent Homeless Pets! Such a simple and easy way for you to help. Click on the “Link Your Rewards Card Now” found at the bottom of this page.
Remember to include our number 88933. If you don’t have a Fred Meyer account you’ll have to sign up for one first and then you can link your card with our program. Thank you for supporting us and our goals.

WE LOVE OUR PETS LICENSE PLATES
Click on the Pet Plate to order yours today!
Each year nearly 150,000 cats and dogs end up in shelters across Washington State. With the purchase of a “We Love Our Pets” Washington State license plate, you will help spay and neuter more pets and save lives. Spaying or neutering is the most humane and effective method for reducing the number of homeless pets, and provides dogs and cats with significant health and behavioral benefits. Reducing pet homelessness means less suffering for stray and abandoned animals, as well as fewer tax dollars spent on caring for animals in need.
Learn more about how organizations can apply for the license plate fund grants, including a list of groups who have been awarded since granting began in 2007. To help spread the word about the plate, please download, print and distribute the We Love Our Pets flyers.
For questions or to locate vehicle licensing offices, visit the Washington State Department of Vehicle Licensing.
